Accounts Payable Specialist – High Volume Transactions

Location: Howell, NJ
Salary: $100,000 annually (based on experience)
Hours: Flexible Schedule – 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with 1.5 hours of remote work after 3:30 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to handle high-volume transactions with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate is skilled in QuickBooks, detail-oriented, and experienced in invoicing, purchasing, and inventory management. Experience in eCommerce is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice & Payment Processing: Handle high-volume transactions, including wire transfers and payables reconciliation.
• Purchase Orders: Review, approve, and ensure accuracy of purchase orders.
• QuickBooks Management: Accurately record and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve discrepancies and process-related challenges promptly.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve workflows and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in accounts payable, invoicing, and inventory management.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy in financial operations.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills to ensure effective teamwork.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
