- Able to work with Microsoft 365 Office (Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook).

As a customer service assistant manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure the desired company growth. A normal day will involve:
- Maintaining customer and internal relationships (engaging with sales reps, accounting, distribution, and other departments to ensure smooth operations).
- Support managing and training the Customer Service department, which consists of the Contact Center, Order Entry and Returns (15+ people both in the US and abroad).
- Create and Maintain documentation, SOP and Job Aids.
- Maintain KPI reports.
- Data entry, check and update.
- Check status of orders and solve time sensitive issues.
