• Strong Computer Skills (Windows)
• Able to work with Microsoft 365 Office (Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Data Review/Data accuracy
• Creating/Maintaining SOPs
• Infor
• Zendesk

As a customer service assistant manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure the desired company growth. A normal day will involve:

• Maintaining customer and internal relationships (engaging with sales reps, accounting, distribution, and other departments to ensure smooth operations).
• Support managing and training the Customer Service department, which consists of the Contact Center, Order Entry and Returns (15+ people both in the US and abroad).
• Create and Maintain documentation, SOP and Job Aids.
• Maintain KPI reports.
• Data entry, check and update.
• Check status of orders and solve time sensitive issues.
