We are seeking a self-starter, take charge individual to handle critical general office functions and entry level paralegal functions. Many Firm employees are currently working remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. Therefore, we are seeking a mature, dependable individual to work onsite and be the "go to" to keep the office functioning smoothly. This is a career growth opportunity for a responsible, initiative-oriented individual. Routine tasks include but are not limited to:
1) Assist Hiring Partner and other attorneys with the attorney recruiting process
2) Paralegal duties; responsibility for assigned paralegal duties and provide paralegal overflow assistance as needed
3) CLE registration for attorneys’ meetings
4) Social Media updates – Facebook/LinkedIn and marketing assistance
5) Administrative duties, including but not limited to assisting Director of Administration with office services, human resources, etc.
6) Light telephone duty (7-10 calls per day)
7) Other challenging tasks as requested
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' college required; Bachelors degree preferred
Two years' experience working in a law or other professional office preferred
