Position Summary:

We are looking for skilled Cabinet Installers to handle on-site installations of our cabinetry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently within a well-equipped team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install cabinets, doors, and drawer fronts at client locations with precision and attention to detail.
• Read and follow detailed drawings provided by Arise Cabinets to ensure accurate installations.
• Install trim elements such as crown molding and 1/4" toe kick covers with precision.
• Scribe fillers accurately to fit irregular surfaces and achieve a seamless finish.
• Use the company-provided work van and maintain an organized, efficient setup for tools and materials.
• Collaborate with the team to refine processes and improve tool organization as needed.
• Address on-site challenges and provide solutions to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
• Transport and handle cabinetry carefully to prevent damage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cabinet installation or finish carpentry.
• Proficiency in using handheld power tools required for cabinet installation (must provide your own tools).
• Strong trim carpentry skills for installing crown molding, 1/4" toe kick covers, and scribing fillers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy cabinetry and work in various environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
