Job Description:
As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
