Job Title: Mechanical Superintendent

Location: Richmond, VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Supervision: Lead on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Coordination: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance practices, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Problem Solving: Address construction challenges promptly, applying technical knowledge to find effective solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all work meets local, state, and international building codes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years in construction management, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of international building codes, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage construction teams.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
