$15 - $18 per hour

SCHEDULE

M-F 6:30a.m.-3:00p.m.

SUMMARY
Produce parts as required by assigned task.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.
  • Read job traveler for product specifications and production requirements. Gather correct materials for the assigned task.
  • Operate machines, equipment and tools as required. Visually inspect parts throughout job run for defects. Take parts to Quality Control for first piece approval.
  • If out of specification, make necessary adjustments to machinery to correct problem. If necessary, consult Work Center Lead or Production Supervisor.
  • Remove excess material from parts as required. Clean parts as required.
  • Assemble parts using the current preferred method.
  • Be able to successfully navigate within the ERP system and correctly enter data as required. Make sure parts are clearly identified.
  • Pack finished parts as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

SAFETY TRAINING To perform this job successfully, an individual must complete and maintain the following Safety Training requirements.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic math calculations.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
