My client (Golden Hour Skincare) is an independent studio on South Congress. Established in 2019, we offer holistic skincare & mindful guidance, driving clients to healthy results. We are looking to hire experienced estheticians who care.

As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments to clients, focusing on skin care services to improve and enhance the appearance of the skin. You will also educate clients on proper skin care practices and recommend appropriate products and services for their specific skin concerns. As a team, we maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained. You will thrive in this environment when you upsell and cross-sell services and retail products. There are lots of opportunities to grow at Golden Hour!

You are:

• Based in Austin
• Licensed in Texas
• Independent and team oriented
• Experienced, 4+ years in skincare
• Holistic-health oriented
• Mindful, friendly and entrepreneurial
• Ready to serve 2-3 clients per day right away
• Experience with Hydrafacial + Laser Licence preferred.

Professional Requirements:

• Valid state esthetician license.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and safety guidelines in the esthetics industry.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform esthetic procedures for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect clients' privacy.
• Monthly Team Meetings, check-ins, education, business coaching, goal setting, and business development.
• Proven experience as an esthetician, with a solid understanding of skin care principles, techniques, and treatments.
• Knowledge of different skin types, conditions, and contraindications for various esthetic procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and ability to upsell and cross-sell services and products.
