Job Description

Our client, a philanthropic organization, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Executive Assistant to support their Executive Vice President and work closely with the President, CEO and COO!

About the Job:

  • Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
  • Maintain files, monitor/screen calls, and prepare expense reports.
  • Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.
  • Draft/edit correspondence and documents, work with internal and external contacts.
  • Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.

About You:

  • 8+ years of strong administrative support experience is required.
  • A college degree is preferred; a high school diploma is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.

About the Position:

  • $30/hr-$33/hr, when temporary.
  • $65k-$70k, when permanent.
  • 100% onsite with potential for 1 day/week remote.
  • Office is metro accessible in Washington, DC.
  • Starting ASAP!
