Location:   Various locations across New York

As an Immigration Lawyer, you will assist clients with navigating complex immigration laws, helping with visa applications, asylum cases, deportation defense, and naturalization processes. Your role involves ensuring compliance and advocating for clients' rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation for visa, green card, and citizenship applications.
• Represent clients in deportation and removal proceedings.
• Advise on immigration laws and related legal matters.
• Prepare and review legal documentation and applications.
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership.
• Expertise in immigration law and related regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive client situations.
