Job Description

1. Manage the injection molding production workshop at the overseas factory.
2. Develop and control production plans, adjust production schedules and organization according to customer demands.
3. Ensure timely and efficient production with injection molding machines and equipment, implement effective measures to improve product quality, control production costs, and optimize production processes.
4. Develop and implement workshop management systems.
5. Manage production personnel, team building, and team management.
6. Oversee the daily management of the injection molding production workshop.
7. Analyze and address injection molding machine abnormalities, handle various emergencies.
8. Responsible for the equipment and process debugging of injection molding machines; optimize existing equipment processes.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
