Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Your Role:

• Assess and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop tailored treatment strategies based on individual needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions and update treatment plans as required.
• Evaluate client progress on an ongoing basis.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Make referrals to other professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Proficiency in providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant credentials in Marriage and Family Therapy.
