Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Needed in California – Full-Time Role!

Position Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Duties:

• Provide assessments and therapy to individuals with mental health concerns.
• Create and implement treatment plans that meet specific client needs.
• Regularly hold therapy sessions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Monitor and document client progress.
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
• Refer clients to additional resources as necessary.

Annual Salary: $110,000–$130,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• California LMFT license in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Certification in relevant therapy modalities is an asset.
