Project Engineer – Facilities & Infrastructure
Summary
This Project Engineer role focuses on planning, designing, and managing facility projects across a 200+ acre research campus. This Project Engineer will oversee new construction, renovations, equipment upgrades, and major infrastructure improvements and expansions. They will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze facility requirements, project feasibility, and costs.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to develop design specifications.
- Manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of building infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to maintenance teams.
- Assess environmental impacts and risks of engineering projects.
- Review and approve proposals for facility improvements.
- Compile reports on engineering projects and facility operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in facility and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction standards, environmental risk management, and maintenance operations .
- Experience in technical drawings, facility specifications, and compliance standards
