Schedule : 1st shift (8 AM - 5 PM)

Pay Rate : $37/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer II to join our team. This role involves testing, validation, and analysis to ensure the quality and reliability of mechanical systems and devices. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, working closely with test requestors and managing data quality.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of testing, validation, and verification processes.
• Proficiency in FMEA , 7-Step Problem Solving , and MATLAB .
• Skilled in process capability , data analysis , and blueprint interpretation.

Preferred Skills :

• Background in coding (bonus).
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

Soft Skills :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.
