Job Title: Office Administrator/ Staff Analyst/ Operations Coordinator

Candidate Location Requirements: Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 18 months

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Team support – requisitions, Employee Central (EC) updates, ordering equipment, and pulling team data using HRInsights.

✔ Calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and administrative support for management.

✔ Event coordination and specialist projects as assigned.

✔ Procurement of goods/services, including office supplies and vendor relationships.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

✅ 2-4 years of experience with MS Office.

✅ Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) and HRInsights .

✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, meetings, and procurement tasks.
