Job Title: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics of spine-related conditions , including patient history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
Conduct spinal surgeries , including but not limited to decompressions, fusions, and minimally invasive procedures.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including non-surgical options where appropriate.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients, ensuring their recovery is well-managed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Surgical Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of spine surgical techniques, including both open and minimally invasive approaches.
Maintain a high level of surgical skill and safety standards.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in spine surgery and technology.

Qualifications:

Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery (subspecialty in Spine Surgery preferred).
Valid medical license in the state of Florida.
Proven experience in performing spine surgeries, including both complex and minimally invasive techniques.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and treat spine conditions effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.
