Job Title: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

Location: Orlando, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics of spine-related conditions , including patient history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct spinal surgeries , including but not limited to decompressions, fusions, and minimally invasive procedures.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including non-surgical options where appropriate.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients, ensuring their recovery is well-managed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Surgical Expertise:

• Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of spine surgical techniques, including both open and minimally invasive approaches.
• Maintain a high level of surgical skill and safety standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in spine surgery and technology.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery (subspecialty in Spine Surgery preferred).
• Valid medical license in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience in performing spine surgeries, including both complex and minimally invasive techniques.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and treat spine conditions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.
