Job Description
- CATIA CAD experience required and willingness to use Creo
- Support EE components development with packaging and installation design activities.
- Design, Develop and review and approve technical solutions and secure the alignment with EE strategies.
- Responsible for securing the interest of electrical packaging and installation for all on going and potential future projects.
- Have an operational responsibility in the day-to-day work within given processes and procedures.
- Make decisions on larger adjustments and propose new technical solutions.
Requirements
On Senior level applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 5 years relevant experience):
- Supporting junior team members and peers
- Role model of lifelong learning, sharing knowledge and developing others as a trainer and/or coach
- May be digging deeper in own discipline, but is building broader Tshaped profile
- Developing influence and working confidently within the wider network within company
- Clear articulation of how he/she is creating value within their part for the TD/BA.
