Direct Hire-Plastics Machine Operator 2 nd shift
Pay Rate : $24/hour
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Training Shift : 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Regular Shift : 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Job Summary:
Perform machine operations, mold changes, and equipment maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Support production and shipping while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate, adjust, and maintain blow molding machines.
Perform mold changes, machine startups/shutdowns, and minor repairs.
Monitor production quality and maintain machine logs.
Ensure a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements :
High school diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant plastic injection mold experience are a MUST!
Forklift certification (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
Environment:
Manufacturing setting requiring PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
