Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated team player that can assist in maintaining and growing our private label brand, TradeStar. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of the portfolio, product pipeline, supporting databases, website maintenance, sales reporting and other defined tasks to support all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
- Support initiatives on reports necessary to track and analyze business metrics
- Compile and summarize information using Excel or other tools
- Identify new process improvement opportunities
- Assist with generating reports and compiling data/information for ongoing reports (i.e. monthly sales, order points, inventory valuation, and others as required)
- Assist with other responsibilities or projects as assigned
- Provide general data entry support in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain pipeline data base for TradeStar products
- Update website to include new products, coming soon and all relevant product information.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience with plumbing or HVAC products.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Eclipse software
- Ability to learn new processes as needed.
- Agility to manage multiple projects and data sources, while adhering to timelines and expectations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Wholesale distribution knowledge
- Great time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
