- Primary responsibility with be discerning and extracting key lease terms for commercial properties, including new leases, amendments, terminations, assignments, and other legal documents; checking and approving lease abstractions and ensuring they capture key data; monitoring the impact of revenue recognition and working with the Accounting team to ensure compliance with SOX 404; creating and posting monthly recurring charges, calculating CPI, and working with records team to resolve discrepancies and ensure files are up to date; and other interesting projects related to new acquisitions / deals, internal audits, and supporting other teams
- Overall compensation: Base Salary + ~10% Annual Bonus + 401k Match

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar (required)
- 2+ years of retail or commercial lease administration experience (commercial leases preferred)
- Experience using Yardi (a plus)
