Records Management Clerk - 4 month contract opportunity
Up to 4 candidates needed!
Start date likely March 1 to handle several acquisitions
Up to $23 hour dependent on experience

Supporting Information Management Department
Job Duties :
- Provide office and administrative support to records management department
- Accurately scan records into database and utilize proper naming conventions
- Assist with moving files and organizing files
- Respond to Help Desk requests for documents from company staff
- Pull records and documents and deliver to other company departments
- Return documents to proper location
- Assist with filing of documents and other duties as requested
- Support Information Dept. Manager and Staff
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good customer service skills
- Flexible team player, willing and eager attitude!
- Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Accurate data entry and strong organizational skills
- Numbers-savvy with math ability
- Able to learn new systems and processes quickly, will train!
Education Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus!
