Job Description

This position requires relocation to Turks and Caicos.

As the General Manager of our state-of-the-art arcade restaurant bar, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving the overall success of the establishment. You will be pivotal in shaping the guest experience and establishing a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including dining service, kitchen management, staff supervision, and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
  • Implement operational procedures and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and boost operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, develop budgets, and control costs to achieve profitability targets.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to engage with guests and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and its unique offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain necessary permits and licenses.
  • Cultivate a strong community presence through events and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and handle numerous responsibilities.
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and enthusiasm for entertainment and dining.
  • Experience with managing budgets and financial reporting.
