Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement marketing policies, programs, and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Oversee marketing analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Plan and execute communication, public relations, and advertising initiatives to drive guest counts and profitability.

Community Engagement & Brand Development:

• Generate new and repeat business through referrals, networking, direct mail, and community marketing techniques.
• Build and maintain the brand’s reputation, ensuring alignment with core values.
• Quickly and professionally address any issues that arise to protect and enhance the brand.

Content & Menu Management:

• Manage new menu rollouts, photoshoots, and menu specials.
• Oversee all website-related activities, ensuring an engaging and up-to-date online presence.

Team Leadership:

• Coach and support team members to foster a culture of professionalism and creativity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives successfully.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a high-volume atmosphere.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving strong financial results through marketing strategies.
• A passion for hospitality, with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
