Traveling Retail Superintendent

Overview:

iRiS Construction Recruiting is seeking Traveling Retail Superintendents to oversee remodel projects for major clients. These are 3-month projects requiring night work and frequent regional travel, with opportunities to return home regularly.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 base, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage retail remodel projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders.
Conduct quality control inspections and maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness.
Prepare daily logs and reports to track progress.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in construction management, specifically retail remodels.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to travel regionally with a home base in SC, NC, GA, or Eastern TN.
Comfortable with night shifts and short-duration projects.
