Job Description

Our team is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Web Designer who can do it all—web, motion, branding, you name it. This is your chance to flex your creative muscles in a role that’s as dynamic as the designs you’ll create. At WHQ, our designers don’t just create—they lead, inspire, and elevate the experience for users and the businesses we create with. You’re not afraid to dig into Figma files, whip up something fresh, and guide a team of talented creatives to deliver focused work. We’re open to contract or full-time applicants—show us what you’ve got, and we’ll figure it out together.

What You’ll Do

  • Design stunning, user-friendly websites built to perform.
  • Collaborate with developers, content creators, and PMs to nail every pixel and interaction.
  • Pitch bold ideas and keep our work fresh, innovative, and ahead of the curve.
  • Create functional, beautiful experiences by leading with smart UX/UI principles.
  • Turn big ideas into plans with wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Test, tweak, and optimize for seamless performance across all devices and browsers.
  • Own your role from brainstorming to launch, making every project your own.
