Job Title: Manufacturing Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our manufacturing operations while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and maintaining compliance with hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with business objectives.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, panel interviews, and feedback collection.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • Build relationships with local workforce development agencies, technical schools, and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor hiring metrics and provide regular reports on recruiting trends, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience recruiting for both hourly production roles and salaried professional positions.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-volume recruiting.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their impact on workforce planning.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
