Purpose: Review right of way documents, permits and construction requirements involved with construction projects; obtain land title information from courthouses, title companies and/or other sources; and process and track recording of easement documents with the applicable county agency. Review project completion reports for accuracy and completeness. Provide database administration, document preparation, FERC notification letters, completion package preparation, weekly reports. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 3 or more years related experience with a working knowledge of land rights and titles, survey descriptions and legal and engineering terminology.
